Milt Weidmayer, CPA

Milt joined the firm in 1967 and is the Chairman of the Board of Directors. Milt's areas of expertise includes income tax consulting, planning and preparation, estate and gift tax planning, and financial and retirement planning. His clientele include agriculture, construction, manufacturing, professional service corporations, restaurants and retail companies. Milt is Treasurer of Cleary University and Salem Church in Ann Arbor. Milt is a member of the following organizations: Washtenaw County Estate Planning Council, Washtenaw County Farm Bureau, Ann Arbor Chapter of the Institute of Management Accountants, member of the tax section of the AICPA and member of the MACPA. Milt is a lifetime resident of Washtenaw County. Milt and his wife of 43 years, Jan, have four grown children and five beautiful grandchildren.

Steve Schneider, CPA

Steve joined the firm in 1977 after graduating from Cleary University and is currently the managing principal. During this time he has developed a broad base of clientele and knowledge in the areas of construction, retail, restaurants, non-profit sporting clubs, manufacturing, software development companies and professional service providers. Steve works primarily with small to medium size, closely owned businesses. His expertise include startup businesses, business advising, income and estate planning, and business succession planning. Steve has been active in several non-profit, professional and service organizations over the years. He is the Past President of the Michigan Pheasants Forever State Council, Treasurer of the Washtenaw County Pheasants Forever, as well as, Treasurer of the Ann Arbor/Ypsilanti Area Regional Chamber of Commerce. He is also a member of the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants (AICPA), and the Michigan Association of Certified Public Accountants (MICPA). Steve and his wife, Gretchen, have lived in the Saline/Milan area since 1977.

Roger Raham, CPA

Mike joined the firm in 1979 after graduating from Eastern Michigan University. Since then he has worked in many areas of accounting and taxation for small to medium sized businesses. Mike serves industries such as automotive dealerships, retail and wholesale, construction, printers, and professional services. Mike's areas of practice include computer consulting, business development, tax and financial planning,along with estate and retirement planning. Mike is currently Treasurer of the Kiwanis Club of Saline and Treasurer of the Saline Area Social Service. Mike is a member of the AICPA, the MACPA and the Washtenaw Estate Planning Council. Mike lives in Saline with his wife, Rene' and their sons Bobby and Reid.

Paul joined the firm in 2013. He has worked in public accounting for over 20 years and has over 7 years of experience working for a private international manufacturing company. Paul also brings with him knowledge from working with the Big-Four accounting firms for 11 years and has worked for the US Department of Treasury providing him with exceptional knowledge in managing taxation audits with the US Department of Treasury as well as several state Treasury Departments. Paul's areas of practice include working with closely held businesses and issues unique to their owners, expatriate and inpatriate taxation matters including foreign earned income, tax credits, residency considerations, tax equalization, withholding matters and multi-state taxation. Paul has been a member of Lansing Rotary, Lansing Economic Club and has been the Treasurer for no-profit organizations. Paul and his wife Tamara, spend their leisure time cycling, kayaking and cross-country skiing.

Mary Hancock, CPA

Mary joined the firm in 2006. She has over 20 years of experience providing professional accounting, tax and advisory services. Throughout her years as an accountant she has worked extensively with individuals, businesses in a variety of industries and is our QuickBooks guru providing training and consulting. Mary serves industries such as hospitality, manufacturing, healthcare providers and professional services. She also has expertise in working with businesses and individuals with multi-state tax matters. She currently serves on the Board of Saline Area Social Services and on the Finance Committee at Knox Presbyterian Church. Mary is a member of the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants and the Michigan Association of Certified Public Accountants. She and her husband Kent have lived in the Saline area since 1998. They enjoy spending their free time camping, reading walking their dog and spending time with their children and grandchildren.

Tavi Finn, CPA

Tavi joined the firm in September 2014. She has been practicing in public accounting for almost 20 years and is bringing her Big-Four auditing experience to her clients at WSR. Her primary focus at WSR is on the audit and other attest services that WSR provides their clients, as well as consulting services related to accounting and audit preparation needs. Although specializing in not-for-profits and small private businesses, she also meets the professional development requirements for governmental audits, as well as employee benefit plan audits. As a member of the Saline community since 1992, she serves as the Treasurer of the Foundation for Saline Area Schools. She and her husband Jim also have a daughter and son at Saline High School. She stays active supporting them in their many activities, including the equestrian team, MQHA/AQHA horse shows, Girl Scouts, basketball and golf.

Dennis Schneider, CPA

Dennis joined the firm in 2002. Since joining, Dennis has worked primarily with family businesses and individuals. He serves industries such as agriculture, construction, manufacturing, professional services, real estate, restaurants, and retail. His areas of practice include accounting services, business startups. tax and financial planning, business succession planning and tax preparation. In addition, he serves many individual clients whom he advises on tax matters as well as preparing their personal income tax returns. Dennis is currently serving as President of the Saline District Library and Past President and Treasurer of Trinity Lutheran Church in Saline. He is also a member of the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants and the Michigan Association of Certified Public Accountants. Dennis and his wife Amy are lifetime residents of Saline. They spend their free time camping, biking, gardening, and raising chickens with their son and two daughters.
